Dr. Jennifer Baez, Owner and Director of Strategic Impact
Owner and Director of Areito Consulting, Adjunct Professor, K-12 Educator, Director Promise Informed Schools
Jennifer is an educator, consultant, and advocate for Multilingual students. As a former Multilingual student, she understands the challenges of acculturation, learning English, and navigating the American educational system. With 22 years of experience in K-16 education in Texas and South Carolina, she has held various roles including Bilingual/Dual Language/ESOL Teacher, Instructional Specialist, Assistant Principal, Principal, Educational Project Manager, and Interim Director of Multilingual Services and Outreach, and Educational Consultant.
Dr. Baez holds a BA in Modern Languages from the University of Dallas, an MEd in Educational Administration from Texas Woman’s University, and a PhD in K-16 Educational Policy and Leadership from the University of Texas. She has also completed training in Project Management and Human Resource Management. Currently, she is an Adjunct Professor at The Citadel Military College of South Carolina and the Executive Director of Promise Informed Schools.
